|Terry Kennedy Arnold, RN, CRRN, CDMS, CLCP, CNLCP
Ms. Arnold is the owner of Life Care Consultants, Inc., and is a registerd nurse with 38 years nursing experience, of that, 32 years in rehabilitation. Her clinical experience includes burns, orthopedics, ICU, CCU, general medicine and evening supervisor of a 350 bed hospital. Her case management and life care planning experience began in 1976 and continues today.
Ms. Arnold holds two life care planning certifications and her primary area of practice is life care planning and associated expert witness. She has testified in
civil and federal courts as well as in the national vaccine injury compensation court. She also provides case management supervision and general litigation support.
|Tresa Johnson, RN, BSN
Ms. Johnson is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Texas, Houston Health Science Center in 2002. Since 2004, her primary area of practice is case management, litigation support and file review. Areas of clinical practice include:

• Acute Medical Surgical Care
• Pulmonary/Medical ICU
• Labor & Delivery and Women’s Health
• Charge Nurse/Team Leader
• Nursing Governance and Hospital Utilization Committees
Ms. Johnson started out with Life Care Consultants, Inc., as bookkeeper, in 1999. She decided to return to school. She continued to work part time, completed her degree, worked in the clinical setting for two years and returned full time with Life Care Consultants, Inc., in 2004.
|Sheila D. Moody, RN
Ms. Moody is a registered nurse with 45 years experience, of that 32 years in rehabilitation. Her clinical experience includes charge nurse in ICU, head nurse on a rehabilitation unit, liasion nurse between acute care and rehabilitation, development and operation of a stand alone post acute brain injury program. Ms. Moody was directior of rehabilitation in an acute care hospital and was responsible for all nursing and therapeutic disciplines. Ms. Moody's primary areas of practice include case management, research, file review and medical records summarization. She provides case management services in the Houston, Beaumont and East Texas areas.
Ms. Whitley is a case manager with significant experience in medical and vocational case management. She has worked in the rehabilitation field for over 13 years. Past positions include job developer, rehabilitation consultant and case manager. She has experience with worker's compensation patients and has handled catastrophic cases such as burns, blast injuries, and brain injuries, as well patients with non catastrophic injuries. Her timely recommendations and close supervision has netted well over $1,000,000 in savings to workers compensation carriers. She communicates well with families, medical personnel and insurance companies and is an asset to the rehabilitation team.
Prior to entering the rehabilitation field Ms. Whitley worked in management, sales and recruiting. She provides case management services in Texas and Arkansas. She covers Austin, Dallas/ Fort Worth, Beaumont, and the greater Houston area. She also engages in researching costs for life care plans and cost analysis.
|Karen Holly-Hutchinson, BBA
Ms. Holly-Hutchinson is the life care plan co-ordinator and is often the business contact for both the referral source and the client. She assists with researching costs and the development of life care plans. Ms. Holly-Hutcinson's past experience includes administrative assistant, hospital unit clerk and mental health medical assistant.
Ms. Perk is currently enrolled in Health & Medical Sciences classes in preparation for attending nursing school.
